Nightly Rates begin at: $130.00 Cleaning fee: $45.00 per stay Occupancy tax: 5% Saline County Illinois Hotel Tax 6%Cancellation policyFirm: Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.

We do not charge extra unless there are more than five guests. Our intent is to be family friendly, but after five guests, we will charge $5 per guest. The Apartment can offer beds for four people (two twins and a queen size bed). In some circumstances, a child could also sleep on the couch.
